Shopping and Shipping Instructions

(1) Products are made after receiving the order. If the product has been shipped, it is not acceptable to cancel the order for reasons such as too late to send gifts or too late to take out of the country.

(2) The product inventory displayed on the web page is non-immediate inventory. If out of stock and need to wait for a long time, we will inform you the estimated production days.
** If the purchased product is dried fruit and notified that it is out of stock, if it is a seasonal fruit, it can be made immediately (the production time is about 7-9 days or less). If it cannot be produced, it will be notified and replaced with another item.

(3) In addition to special order products, the general product preparation time is about 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). We will prepare and ship the product for you as soon as possible.
